MedGlobal delivers specialized training for healthcare providers and first responders on managing hazardous materials, radiation emergencies, and CBRN incidents—Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear threats. Unlike traditional programs that rely on water-based decontamination—often unfeasible in conflict zones—our curriculum is based on the PRISM (Primary Response Incident Scene Management) study. This evidence-based approach prioritizes dry decontamination techniques, allowing responders to begin life-saving treatment and triage during the decontamination process, without delaying care.
Developed for real-world use in austere, high-risk environments, the program draws on MedGlobal’s frontline experience in Syria during chemical weapons attacks and is tailored for application in Ukraine and beyond.
In 2025, MedGlobal partnered with the Middle Eastern and North African Clinical Toxicology Association (MENATOX) to deliver a Train-the-Trainer course in Oman, expanding the program’s reach across the region. To date, we have trained hundreds of healthcare providers and first responders, strengthening local capacity to respond effectively to CBRN emergencies.
Scientifically rigorous, regionally informed, and logistically efficient, this program is continuously updated to reflect emerging threats and innovations—ensuring frontline responders have the tools, knowledge, and confidence to save lives where traditional systems fall short.
