We operate in three main locations—Casa del Migrante, Ayudándoles a Triunfar, and the Pumarejo Shelter—serving as the only consistent healthcare provider in the main city shelters. Our teams deliver primary care, medications, mental health support, and emergency referrals, providing services seven days a week.

We also provide WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) support to shelters, distributing hygiene supplies and improving living conditions for families in crisis.

MedGlobal recently launched a social work program to help patients digitize their medical records, ensuring they can continue receiving care once they cross the border.

To reach even more people, we are planning to open a new clinic in southeastern Matamoros, where many of the most underserved communities currently lack healthcare access.
