Furat’s Story

Furat was quietly waiting her turn for care when Dr. Ishaq Hasnine, a MedGlobal volunteer, gently asked, “Who is with you?” She replied, “No one.” Both of her parents had passed away, and Furat now lives with her elderly grandmother in a makeshift tent.

Dr. Hasnine examined her and found that she was suffering from severe cramps caused by malnutrition. After receiving treatment at MedGlobal’s mobile clinic, her condition began to improve.

“We’ve been living in this tent for years with no income. Furat used to cry from pain, but tonight she sleeps peacefully,” her grandmother, Manal, shared.

In places where access to healthcare is scarce, MedGlobal’s mobile clinics continue to bring hope, healing, and a chance for children like Furat to rest without pain.
